How to Apply:
- Complete both an application and registration form with your selection of classes.
- Drop off or mail the application and registration forms to Shiloh Bible College.
- Make first payment of 40% of total tuition costs one week prior to the start of class.
- Purchase your course curriculum.
- Congratulations! You will be notified by mail of the date of Student Orientation.
Fees and Refund Policy:
- Audit - $30.00 per unit
- Associate - $50.00 per unit
- Bachelor - $50.00 per unit
- Master - $60.00 per unit
Shiloh Bible College has and maintains a policy for the refund of the unused portion of tuition, fees, and other chargesin the event the eligible person fails to enter the course or withdraws or is discontinued there-from at any time prior to the completion of the course, and provides that the amount charged to the person does not exceed the approximate pro-rata portion of the total charges for tuition, fees and other charges that the length of the completed portion of the course bears to its total length. However, no more than a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee may be charged; any registration fee in excess of the $25.00 maximum amount shall be subject to pro-ration.
Upon written cancellation of enrollment within five (5) days after the student’s first class session, the student shall be refunded all monies paid. Upon written cancellation more than five (5) days after the first class the student attends, the student shall be refundable all monies paid, except fees and costs of instructional materials consistent with the Shiloh Bible College stated policy
REFUND POLICY FORMULA:
After the cancellation period, the student will be issued a refund calculated using the ratio of the number of hours of instruction he/she has not received over the total number of hours of instruction for which he/she has paid. The refund will equal the percentage applicable for the number of uncompleted class hours, multiplied by the amount paid for instruction. Adjustment may be made for documented cost of equipment, if applicable. (However, equipment returned in good condition within 10 days of withdrawal shall be refunded).
REMEMBER, YOU MUST CANCEL OR WITHDRAW IN WRITING!
You do not have the right to cancel by just phoning the school or by not coming to class. If you have any questions, please call the school office at (510) 261-1907, and ask for the Administrator.
